Overall Reflection:
This wine, I have to say, is one of my (Kelsey’s) all time favorites. It is beautifully layered with notes of fruit and floral flavors. It is medium to light bodied and lightly acidic which give the wine a lovely lift. The unusual Gaillac grape varieties of Loin de l’oeil and Ondenc come together to create this wonderfully complicated and unique wine.
