Overall Reflection:

We were shocked by the immediate milk and vanilla tones upon smelling the wine. It conjured thoughts of bread pudding, warm milk, and dessert, very lovely. It was also quite an experience, once tasting the wine, as the nose was quite different from the actual flavors, given the orange, peachy notes. It ranged in style, starting off a milky, creamy tokaji which evolved over 30 minutes or so into something more like a tawny port.
