Overall Reflection:

This is probably the best Manzanilla I’ve (John) ever had. It is full and rich with a stratification of flavors ranging from nuts and wood, to citrus and raisin. After sipping the wine, the flavor lingers for a long period of time allowing its full range of flavor to manifest itself. It is also a much fuller bodied wine than most Manzanillas. An experience like no other of walking through the halls of an archaic library filled with books of antiquity.
