This wine is outrageous and unusual in all the best ways. When the nose first hits you it evokes scents of a mirepoix, a soup just beginning to bloom. At first sip, green vegetables, mixed with spice and citrus and just a hint of almond. This wine is sure to delight the most adventurous wine drinker (and maybe their friends too).
