This wine is Pinot Gris planted by Cistercian monks from Volnay that slips in under a grandfather clause baby. It is a juxtaposition of citrus and cream. It keeps your attention with its complex nose and flavor with layers of earth, cheese, and fruit. Truly a special wine.
