Overall Reflection:

Kelsey’s mind was blown with this wine (and John liked it too). It is incredibly balanced, with hints of apple, citrus, and earthiness. Often it resembled drinking a finely aged cider, but was made more complex by the black tea and bitter rose layers. It was a great wine for enjoying all on its own out in the warm sun.
