Overall Reflection:

This is a modestly priced white burgundy that more than delivers.  Domaine de Villaine has made a surprising and multifaceted chardonnay.  The layers of flavors and well balanced acids make this a highly drinkable and enjoyable wine on a warm spring evening. Flavors of tree fruit, floral, and herbs combine to make a complex and inviting glass. We will definitely be trying this again.
