Overall Reflection:

This is an immensely special wine. The thin acidic backdrop is balanced out perfectly by fruit and floral notes. Reminiscent of an Alsatian wine or a riesling in its structure and familiar flavor profile, but stands out with its own character and foundation. We will be buying again.
